In these Terms and Conditions:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Wanderlust Adventures. A deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer, and PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

| 60-90 days prior to departure | 50% of the total booking cost. |
| 30-59 days prior to departure | 75% of the total booking cost. |

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancellations@wanderlustadventures.com. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the tour has commenced or for unused portions of the tour.
Wanderlust Adventures reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political instability, or other events beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives. If a significant change is necessary, you will have the option to accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Wanderlust Adventures is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred if you do not have adequate travel insurance.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and have the necessary vaccinations and documentation required for your chosen destination. Please consult with your doctor or a travel clinic for specific health advice. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable travel experience. However, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and Wanderlust Adventures is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during your trip.
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport and any necessary visas or permits for your chosen destination. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Wanderlust Adventures is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documents.
We expect all travelers to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, taking into consideration the local customs, laws, and environment of the destinations visited. Wanderlust Adventures reserves the right to terminate your tour if your behavior is disruptive, offensive, or illegal, without any refund.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wanderlust Adventures and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderlust Adventures shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Wanderlust Adventures reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post any changes on this page, and your continued use of the website and services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
